| Dear Capt. Noah, My husband just bought an A-Class Catamaran a month ago and I have seen hardly anything of him since. He is constantly rigging this or that on that stupid boat. When he first graduated from Georgia Tech he was a sweet, loving and attentive person. What has happened to him? What can I do? Lonely Dear Lonely, You have no hope left! He is obviously and engineer. And there is nothing worse than getting an engineer and an A-Class Cat or an 18-Square Meter Cat together. If there is one trait that best defines an engineer it is the ability to concentrate on one subject to the complete exclusion of everything else in the environment. This sometimes causes engineers to be pronounced dead prematurely. Some funeral homes in high-tech areas have started checking resumes before processing the bodies. Anybody with a degree in electrical engineering or experience in computer programming is propped up in the lounge for a few days just to see if he or she snaps out of it. Capt Noah Dear Capt Noah, You sound like some conservative extremist to me. Anyone that thinks religion in schools is good ought to be taken outside and shot. Lefty Dear Lefty, As long as there are tests, there will be prayer in public schools, Capt. Noah |
