So maybe the CRANNE guys were not too far off the mark.
I had to laugh when we ("the Cranne guys") were supposed
to be a Hobie 16 fleet. By the way, I sail a Nacra 6.0.
Cranne is an open fleet where we welcome ALL Cats. When I
looked at this Gcat, I saw nothing but trouble. Maybe Eddie
can post some pictures of the forward Tramp attachment "hooks".
Then you guys will see what I saw: an unsafe boat
that will take a lot of work.
The reason that I recommended the H16 was that he could
find one easily, it would probably be sailable right away.
Nothing worse than getting a new boat and having to spend
months to make it usable.
