Hate to say it, but it's actually possible the lot owner doesn't want random vehicles parked in his lot any more than you want someone gutting fish on your boat.

I don't own a business, but you have to look at this more realistically. They spend money to sweep the lots (sometimes plow snow), and having random cars in the way just doesn't make sense.

I do own a house, and I can tell you that if someone parked in my driveway, the last thing they'd need to worry about is the tow truck. I'm sure most of you feel the same way.
