Until recently Arkansas Interstates were the worst, according to truckers. Seems like the then President could get some funds their way. Now they are being re-paved. So I-10 from Texas east gets my vote, as John has indicated. If the speed is good for the vehicle it is wrong for the trailer. As soon as a good speed is found, the distance between concrete sections changes. Louisiana adds lots of big missing chunks in the right lane. Of course, folks around NYC would find much worse on the holes-in-the-road situatrion.
