If you are a subscriber to Catamaran Sailor Magazine (a huge $20 a year for 8 issues) there is a regular tactical column monthly that has been ongoing for 13 years.
Plans are to reprint all the articles in an upcoming book. Time is need to do so, but if and when done, should be a very helpful thing.
