According to the class rules (see www.tornado.org) the minimum weight of a ready to sail Tornado is 155 Kg.
New Marstrom Tornados carry 2-3 kg of lead to make the minimum.
So if you own a recent boat your estimates are very likely correct. However a couple of figures are "strange":
1) you state that the stbd centerboard is Kg 4,80 and the port centerboard is Kg 3,40. Is there any particular reason to explain the difference? I cannot believe that Marstrom builds foils so differently.
2) you state that the boom weights 1,70 Kg. Does this figure refer to the bare section? Even in such case the section weights only around 0,70 Kg/m. Hence a "wall" thickness of only 0,15 mm. May you confirm?
