First thanks for all for all the help you guys have been so far.

I am going to add a few pictures of the boat.

I have a line on a used tramp and port rudder casting to replace the one that is broke.

Need to replace some rope probably some other thigns I have figured out yet.

Got the mast up tonight. It was a real pain hope to get some help on how to manage that better.
