Anyhow, going back to the subject of this post, although the T class rules perfectly permit using a code 0, it clearly is against the principle of equality inherent to olympics. A nice read goes here:

We will be giving the perfect argument to the people against sailing in the olympics. Shure you may say the equipment we propose is strictly one design, but how strict can a set of class rules be?
