I was going to say that with the arch of the rear beam being the opposite way the way the boom swings might be a good thing. With a spin boat you only travel out when reaching anyway, and having the boom pulling on the mast would act as an automatic rotation preventer, and depowering tool, but then the diamonds aren't supporting the spinnaker then. It looks cool.
