Add a Aussie 3:1 jib halyard system. Install a cheek block on the side of the mast just above where the top batten hits. Put it as far back as possible but not too far back that the screws/pop rivets stick into the sail track. Seal with silicon.

Run the halyard around it to mostly eliminate halyard interference.
