Nice numbers on the diesel! My current daily driver is an 05 Jetta TDI 5spd. I keep wanting to get a reflash for it, but spending the money elsewhere...
My only complaint about the little WR is headwinds. That little engine is pretty de-tuned, and it just doesn't have enough ooomph when going down the highway. The 10' YZ/WR450's are supposed to be fuel injected, and a whole mess of other cool stuff. I may plop down the cash for a 10' WR450F, but I really want to get a F16 too.

http://store.pdrdiesel.com/ , they had a bunch of stuff for the TDI's on there before. You can get some pretty impressive power outta that little engine, and still get 50mpg. Well.... so long as you can keep your foot out of it. I've spotted a few modded Jetta's, always cracks me up when a little car spits out a thick black cloud and is just gone.
If I won the lottery, I'd build a AC Cobra kit car, with a V10 Toureg diesel in it. Just cause it'd be quick, and probably give the Cobra crowd a coronary.
