If you got a new boat in a box, the filled-out certificate was inside the end of the rigging box with the checklist, your shirts, and the packing list. If you bought the boat after Alter Cup, fear not - Goodall keeps all certificates in e-format, too. You just might have to check some things over if you made any modifications.
