no the boat is completely fiberglass, deck, hull etc, the bulkhead is just a support that is cut to the shape of the cross section of the hull that I presume gives support under the forward cross beam that supports the mast. i would imagine that this would be the most stressed part of the hull. Maybe members could let me know if this bulkhead is in place in their fiberglass boats or if the hull is purely empty?
