49er journeyman 4 Joined: Jun 2002 Posts: 52	It is sad to see the Taipan 4.9 and the F16HP (even more so) suffer such poor turnouts. The 2002 f16hp champs had 4 boats and now the 2003 Taipan champs only 4 boats. Does anyone have an explanation?
