That being said, it seems that Google has changed their policies and no longer allows YouTube download plugins with Chrome. The Chrome solution above doesn't work any more.
The Chrome extension I use still works (
www.10youtube.com). I get six different sizes/formats available for download of the America's Cup Race 19.
