Sorry to hear about that I cant believe they would do that to your boat. You can sew your tramp and patch it with a regular home sewing machine , I made my whole tramp myself last winter . Mine is black mesh if yours is vinyl it might be a little harder . Try to find someone with a machine to do it for you , finding extra material to patch it might be the hard part .
