Doug, Now that the time is back in synch, the yellow folder light goes out and the red numbers indicating new posts goes out after you have opened the thread with new posts.
As before, after you have read a particular thread, in order to make the lights go out, you have to go up to the top of that thread and click on "Index," in that bar that says "Previous," "Index," "Next," etc. When you click on "Index," it takes you back to the list of posts in that particular forum, and you should see the lights out on the post you just read.
P.S. However, if you want to leave the "lights" on so you can find it to go back and read it again later, just hit your normal "Back" button (instead of that "Index" button) and it will take you back to the forum thread list without eliminating your "lights."
