Yes, the RC-30 went over just inside the bridge and was upside down for a long time.
We saw a Nacra F-18 and an N-20 go over while jibing on the back side of the statue - but they righted fairly quickly and continued on with no issues.
Other than that, yeah the wind in the harbor was weird, but certainly not uncontrollable. Mostly wind shadows from the anchored ships / barges.
