I don't have a proposal because I don't perceive a problem. I think these professionals highly underestimate themselves and their abilities and the need for two experienced professionals operating the boat. Where is the proof that there really is a problem in that a lightweight team consisting of a kid and an adult wins unfairly in the Tornado class?

PS - I really doubt that Sara has a laundry list of 220lb crews waiting for her call. The sport is exclusive enough.
