I think we're talking about two different things here. There was never a virus on my computer. The virus was a hack into the TeamSeacats website, which is hosted on a hosting service's computer in Nevada, that inserted some questionable code into one of the posts...someone manually insert one line of text that is about 30 characters long. Nothing I could have installed on my home or work PC could have prevented it.

Hahah....funny story. I had a senior moment and my brackets won't possibly work...while the axle of the trax will fit neatly into the area I had built the brackets for, seems that the wheels get in the way with the front beam of the boat...I'm working on Plan B.

Jake, congrats on giving up the sticks. Never smoked, but have a couple close friends I've watched struggle furiously to quit. One successfully, the other... not so much.

I quit 3 years ago (almost to the day)... it is hard. I still crave them... i had quit 10 years earlier also... for 4 years.... all it took was 1 cig to start again.... yuck!

I have heard the addiction is stronger than herion... without all the benifits of herion (Lol)

When I get stressed I still mutter to myself semi-subconsciously "I need a smoke". That's finally started to go away in the last 6 months though. My mistake the first time around was thinking that cigars would be OK (I had quit for 2 years). However, that just evolved back into smokes again. The first time I quit was easy - the second time was incredibly difficult but I'm done with it for good.

yea, i had transferred my addiction to SCOLL and Redman in the past. this time i use nicorett gum ... it didnt help with the addiction, but it broke the lighting up and filling my lungs habit... then i weened off it... it wasnt fun or easy.. but i am glad i did it.

I know when i get a craving.. it will pass... and just accept it.. i know i cant have a single puff... or it will be all over.

I have a friend who smokes "backwoods" cigars at the lunch bar.. they smell SOOOOo good... but i "just say no".

Its funny, in general i have found cat sailors to be big partiers, but few smoke.
