Hero 3. Might be hard to find these days. I was ALMOST about to put mine on today when we went sailing but we weren't sure where to mount it safely without losing it. I need Jake to make me a bracket. Tad, what's ya gonna do with the Harken 2145?
Midboom sheeting baby yeah! 5o5 style for better crew sheeting angle. Have you seen or tried it? You know, if it was cool, Jake would allready have got it and modified it.

JW put it on his capricorn. I'd say it'll work great. Anything it better than the ridiculous sheeting angle that the crew has to deal with at the moment. Don't worry dude, we'll get all the bugs out so you can copy it down the line | | | Re: Its that time of year again...

Are you sheeting from the tramp or the boom? Didn't you just order a new tramp, and if you did, did you make concessions to mount the block on the tramp? One more annoying question, are you going to use the cleat? I know that Goodall and JW did not use a cleat on the Capricorn, which eliminated the issues of cleating angles between the skipper and crew. . .

But it wasn't that fancy so ,yeah get the bugs worked out.

Posts: 2,584 +31NL | I really want to sell my GoPro3 but am not sure what I want to get in return. The new GoPro Wide or one of the new small HD (720p) cameras like the Flip MinoHD or the Kodak Zi6. The Kodak has the best video quality but doesn't have a waterproof case. Review of the Flip and Kodak. Good thing about the GoPro units is that they can take a real beating ( Shot this a few days ago from the kite). | | | Re: Its that time of year again...

I don't use it on my cat but it has a lot of off shore miles in keel boats. It has been beaten, drowned, and severely neglected but it still works great.
