Posts: 134 Gulf Coast/FWB | All, The racing was really fun to watch on the water yesterday. I could have sworn there were 12 boats on the line, but I may be off by one. Conditions were shifty, with some pretty inconsistent payoffs on the left and right side of the course. Locals expected the seabreeze to come in, but it never really materialized in a consistent fashion. The courses were consistent 6 leg races, with the first one taking 30 minutes and the course being lengthened to make the runs a bit longer on races 2 and 3. First race was fairly tame in light air, with big shifty puffs. Breeze built in 2 and 3, and is expected to be similar today. Race 2 had some good action, and while I can't be there today, here's a link to a video from yesterdays Race 2. Enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4nXC1TlsluQC.
