What I have found out about the SYAS F16.
From Shayne Young::::
"The hulls I have drawn are optimised for 2 up sailing weights, like the Viper, so the boat will feel very flighty when sailed 1 up. This I think is a good thing. Every thing is intended to be carbon with corrector to make minimum weights. The reason for this is stiffness, a plat form cant be stiff enough!! The rig was intended to be a slightly beefed up A rig, based on the mast a mate built in NZ. The beams are the same one we used for the A again beefed up big time, these are from C-tech. The main beam is striker less and the extra weight in the middle of the boat is with it, along with the stiffness. "
I guess he is willing to work with anyone who wants to build this design...
