I KNOW Tawd won't stand to be called out like that!
Why, Jake makes him his bitch every time on the ACats. Jake is just speaking the truth. Tad, Where's my rum? Interest is gonna kill you. I'm pretty sure Jake has NEVER beaten me on any of my boats, but we haven't faced off that many times either.'08 Tybee? If I'm wrong about this ,I'm sure he'll set me straight, and quickly. If I did make it to SF that would be the main reason.

Posts: 3,224 Roanoke Island ,N.C. | Come on Todd, SF is just as much the party as the sailing. You know you don't want to miss the party! If your lucky, you'll get to see Jake sail across the lake in his pajamas with his beach wheels dragging behind the boat! AGAIN There is that. That was frickin' hilarious, especially when he told it. Believe it or not I haven't had a beer or a mixed drink this year. Something is wrong with me.

Posts: 12,310 South Carolina | yeah, and I'm still sore for a rematch. The only time we've been on the water on the same boat was Spring Fever when Karl and I spanked you and Phillip (not your boat...so I'll guess we'll excuse it) and the last Tybee where you beat me by 4 minutes overall (or was it 6?)!
I was planning on doing Admiral's Cup but I didn't realize it was the weekend just before Spring Fever. If I end up having to choose one over the other (very likely), it's going to be Spring Fever - and that probably applies to several of the local a-cat guys too. We also have the Pee Dee Classic the weekend before Admiral's Cup in Hartsville, SC...a fun low key way to kick off the racing season.

Tad said he was breaking out the mankini just for you. That is NOT a selling point.

And the limitation is of my own device due to the Kitchen remodel I had planned to be undertaking at that time. Lord knows Bonnie doesn't say much about me going to regattas - I do 18 to 20 every year.

Posts: 6,049 Sebring, Florida. | Terry, I figured out what I need to start doing. I'll tell her I'm going on a 6 day trip to Africa, dress up in my monkey suit, pack all my sailing stuff in my roll-aboard, and just go out the front door like normal.
Hopefully she won't notice the boat following me to work...

The remodeling just went backburner...the gauntlet thrown. Bokelia AND spring fever it is. Bonnie may have to cook out of the RV from the back driveway for a little longer than planned!
