Artemis led at the start, to leeward, holds it to the first mark...

Larry is their guest for today so Jimmy must be happy.
Why are they not wearing gloves?

Clearly his first time at the helm of one of these, onboard audio/video is hysterical... "Just come down a little Larry, just 'cause these guys are racing..."

PRICELESS!!!!!

SF2, M2: Wow, Energy just let Artemis walk away at the start. Prestart was great, until the final minute.

Close Leg 2 now...

Just got back from SD and the AC. One of the guys in our group got a room at the Hyatt Regency, had a screw up on his room for Friday night, got upgraded to the PRESIDENTIAL SUITE FOR SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT, and a late checkout today(Sunday)!.
Unless you got a ride in a helicopter, there wasn't a person in SD that had a better view of the racing this weekend. Panoramic views of SD! Birds eye view of the course! The racing was incredible! Winds were in the 15 range today, made for some very fast racing.
Ellison had nothing on us! What a great weekend!
Big shout out to fleet 42 AZ. And a major THANK YOU to Jonathan and Ruby for the accommodations at the Hyatt.
They’ll never know how close they were to having a Coleman stove cooking taco meat on the balcony.
Jonathan and Ruby, Scott, Jim, Manny and Julianne, Kelly...Thanks for an unbelievable weekend!!!

BTW, Not a mention of the racing on SD television, (that we saw), and the security guy at the Holiday Inn(where some of the teams stayed, and which overlooks the births of 4 Americas Cup winning boats, including "AMERICA") said, in response to Jim telling him that we were in town for the Americas Cup Races, "Oh yea, the golf tournament."
