Was 33 today. Water temp getting into the 20s on the lake. I think I have to buy some spandex like Nick wears sailing.

It was hard work at the back of the fleet following a swim in race 1. However a few pointers from Neil late on Day 1 meant a significant improvement in performance and a much better day 2. It is amazing how much you can improve in two days when you put the effort into a regatta like this. Thanks again to all involved.
