I was just coming to post this. Looking forward to it.

There is a "How it is Made" marathon all day, but this is in the 9pm episode. It is in an episode with a couple of other things, so don't give up if it is not shown first.

Their website has a ton of stuff on it (I didn't spend enough time to see if entire episodes were available), so you may be able to watch it sometime in the future.

I do find myself binge watching "How its made" often. Great stuff.

for those of us in another country and broadcast schedule, can someone advise series and episode number?

Will us basic cable guys be able to see it? I'm not sure if I even have the Science Chanel?

All of the How its Made episodes are also available as Torrents btw, for those who don't get Discovery.

There is also an episode showing the manufacture of North 3D laminated sails. Pretty impressive stuff.

Managed to find it yesterday on my cable box. I like how Matt Factory installs the rudders and checks their operation :-P
