I saw one in Durban, they told me it was a "Cobra".
Looks like a H16/TheMightyHobie18 hybrid, with mutant bow rake, which was probably an effort to stop pitchpoling, but I doubt it would help, because the buoyancy would come in to effect too late - ie further drag would already be established by bow attitude, and the tripping over itself be established.

With its 5m length it can only really be another brand new revolutionary F16 design. (I guess he just forgot to rig the jib and spinny).
