After looking around this website, it appears that all of the cat manufacturers you mention in your post have been discussed, sailed, and raced. Most of the information is loosely based on manufacturer information and each sailor's perception.

I believe this is as good as it gets, since no manufacturer has the time or money to perform exhaustive (and repeatable) engineering experimentation (tank testing, windtunnel testing, etc.) on each of the cats being mentioned.

Many have stated a great sailor will make any boat go fast. Boats based on sound design principles, tested materials, good craftsmanship and EXCELLENT MANUFACTURER SUPPORT are destined for greatness, even if someone else may "have the best boat out there"
