Dirk,

There seems to be a lot of spinnaker luff sag in those photo's. Is this intentional as the kite appears very flat.

Nice photo's.

Have you guys heard about the Darwin Multihull Regatta being held in July this year.??

Echo that sentiment, it's really nice to have good pictures of your boat out sailing. They can even be quite educational if you study them.

I like what you've done with your hull graphic Dirk. Simple and effective.

PS Where's your F16 logo?

Really nice looking Taipan! Is the blue part on the hull painted, or is it a plastic stripe? I want to do something similar to my one.

I would like to get the F16-logo as well. Can someone mail the .tif file to me?

Tom or Paul,

Would it be a good idea to include a downloadable F16 logo in .jpg, .tif and .png format on the website?

That way all F16 members could take the file to their local sign maker and get that logo out there on sails, hulls, trailer boxes etc and really get the class noticed.......

Just a thought

Yep - good plan, I'll get that sorted. If people are taking it to signmakers, it'd be best to have a vector format, or a very high resolution image.

Any recommendations on how/where to get vinyl stickers printed and cut in the UK?

Paul

I took a .tif file that Jake sent me and dropped in on a local vinyl graphics shop just near me. They cut the logos for me and I collected them 48hrs later. £10 for 4 A4 size black logos.

Not a pristine job, as the curves are not very even, but good enough for the purpose! ( On checking the file, the curves are in need of 'cleaning up'.)

I think I have a file with cleaned up curves. Let me dig in my archive.

Paul when I find I'll send it to you.

Dudes, graphics work? ALWAYS ASK ME! or Jake obviously. But Jake is not very involved with F16s.

Either way, I can provide the graphic is ANY format you want.
TIF, JPG, BMP, GIF, PDF, VE, EPS, AI you name I can do it.
Paul I will email you these files. You can upload them and folks can download them easily.
