Update of Mozzie history and owners is attached for this season I hope. I used the file manager post options. Maybe it works. Maybe it doesn't. Can some-one help !! Maybe it was too big. Can I just add it as spreadsheet ?
The new owner of sail number 1240 Snott Tub is Daryl Branson Lacepede Bay sailing club South Australia. He hasn't put it on the water yet much to my disapointment as I want to have a play. regards

That worked fine. Just right click, download and rename as an .xls.

I've uploaded it as a text file to this reply so you can just click on it to view it as a text file, or right click and download it, then open it with excel to see it in the neat excel format.
As I said in a personal email...hey, just when you thought it was safe to go back into the forest...you can always rely on someone messing your plans up.
New boat details have been sent to you....maybe time to bring her out of hiding...lol...Vics will know her well but not in this present format/livery....still a lovely boat, again

It is really encouraging to hear about all you guys in Queensland picking up Mozzies. Before long you will need to re-form your association! Do keep us posted with all the news. Can't wait for the National Titles to return to Queensland one day. That would be something.
Thanks for the welcome, looking forward to getting out on the water. Always had a 'thing' for the Mosquito and really stoked to have one now, they are one of the original pure breeds. Will see how we go with getting some more numbers up here. Have offered my mate a hand to rebuild the other cat. Hope to make the nationals in 2010 as heard a rumour they may be in NSW.
There is another couple of mosquitos at Sugarloaf this year.
Number 263 is now owned by Denis Spooner at our club, but sadly is no longer viable to be rebuilt and is going to the great boat yard in the sky.
The good news is that she filled out an organ doner card and will help make a 30 year unfinished project come to life. The same ex owners of #263 also started #853 so Denis has this as a project to complete by next season.
Boat number 270 has also appeared and I will forward details after I speak to the proud owner.
The Toy is no longer the oldest (original) boat on the water! - IMHO of course...

I have a Mossie. Sail numer is 1256. We have just moved to Brisbane and hope to be in the water very soon. I have been sailing it in Mount Isa. If you can add it to the list it would be great.
Sail Number 1256. Name, Catastrophic Owner, Matthew Gregg Location, Brisbane
Speaking of QLD Mozzies I was checking the Elwood Beach webcam at lunch time a couple of days ago and saw a Mozzie on the beach with the sail from 1727. I know that 1727 went to God some time ago. Does anyone know who this Mozzie sighting might belong to ?
Since it is now the end of the sailing season the latest version of the register is attached. Text delimiting is a problem for me. If anyone has a suggestion to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
Since there is plenty of potential sales activity I expect that there will be a new edition at the start of the next season.
Hi all I am new to these forums so apologies if i get something wrong. To help you with the register I have the following. Sail number 643 (Sold on ebay march 09) is now owned by Jay Pitson (My son) of Mount Martha Victoria. The intention at this stage is to teach the young bloke the pleasures of sailing and if he shows a greater interest will look at purchasing a newer boat. The boat will never be bought up to a competetive condition but is a great starting platform for my kids. When he comes up with a name I will send it through for inclusion onto the register. Cheers Dave

Thanks for your efforts. They are much appreciated. We should make you an honorary Mozzie sailor.
Dave,
Thanks for the update. I will put it in the register for the next edition at the start of next season. Was it you that came down to Somers for a look at our fleet ?
Brian,
Thanks for the info. It is usually in spreadsheet format but it can't be attached unless it is a txt or pdf or jpg type file.
Regards,
Peter
p.s. To everyone who reads the forum and has updates please put them on this thread so that we can keep register details correct.
p.p.s. Dave, welcome to the forum and the Mozzie swarm. May all your Mozzie sailing be enjoyable.
Hi Peter Yes it was me that you saw on your club day. Being new to Mosquitos I am trying to suck up as much information that I can about them. Hopefully the boat will be ready to sail in the warmer weather. Dave
