Who's going to Lake Bonney?
I'm staying at the Lake Bonney Caravan Park. Got the usual laugh when I told them I wanted to camp with the Mozzies. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
Be great to try out the Mk2 set up. Young bloke said he wanted to crew in races this year so I thought I'd give Mk2 a go.
Tongue is hanging out it the wind. Can't wait!
Hope to see heaps of Mozzies there. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

Posts: 943 East Gippsland, Australia | Peter Nikitin and myself are going. Rob Lott said he was going. I heard a few weeks ago that Mick Floyd was trying to organise to be there on his way back from holidays. Peter Cobden said he hoped to make it.
I'm sure I heard a group of boats (Mozzies and others) were going from Boga but I can't find that message anywhere now.

Posts: 25 Lake Bonney Yacht Club, Barmer... | Great to see the amount of interest in our Opening Day, look forward to catching up with you all. Looks like we will have a number of boats from Adelaide as well, so with our own fleet there should be close to 20 Mozzies on the water. Plenty of room on the lawn for rigging so the more the merrier. If anyone has questions regarding the weekend there is an information page on the Vic website, or send me an email at adelaine@zcts.netCheers Andrew DeLaine Commodore LBYC | | | Re: Lake Bonney

Posts: 135 Bendigo, Victoria, Australia | Thanks to the Lake Bonney Team for a great weekend.
Special thanks to the members who organised the tea on Saturday night, MOST enjoyable.
Pity about no wind on Saturday but I think Sunday more than made amends for Saturday.
Thanks again.

Posts: 135 Bendigo, Victoria, Australia | G'day Andrew,
From 1st hand experience I'd have to agree that staying on the boat improves you're chances of sailing well. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
Also I found that Jack is not quite up to sailing the mozzie solo yet. <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
Thanks for the great weekend.
