Our Rates for 2000:

• Three Day Weekend (Fri., Sat, & Sun nights) -- $800
• Full Week (Friday night to Friday Morning) -- $1000
• Partial Week (Monday night to Friday Morning) -- $500

The only variances are 4th of July week (June 29-July 6)
and Interlake Regatta Bay Week (Aug 3-Aug10)
During those two time we are requiring a one-week minimum.

Other combinations of days may be possible.

At the time of reservation we require a deposit of half of the total rental amount. By two weeks before arrival, we require the balance of the rental amount, plus a $100 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be refunded to you after your departure, if there is no damage. If there is damage, you will receive a prorated amount, (if the damage can be repaired for less than the deposit).

If you have to cancel prior to coming to the Bay, your original deposit will be refunded, if we are able to rent the unit for those dates.
