I use Harken Black Magic full-finger gloves. Before that, I used Ronstan gloves, but hated how my hands smelled like a wet goat for two days after racing. I prefer full-finger, because fingerless gloves tend to ride up on my hands and I wind up with blisters.

The Harkens are fine for dinghy racing, but don't hold up well sailing keelboats. If I did more offshore racing, I'd look for a more durable glove.
