Is it a compliant mast or a carbon one ?

Because the Tornado class rules state ;

Mast weight with goose neck, base fittings, diamonds and and running
rigging; spar being horizontal with supports at lower end of extrusion
and top measurement band must be 23 kg (= 51 lbs)

Weight on top measurement band support must be 10,25 kg

Now I don't see how you are going to comply with that mast tip measurement when your mast fully rigged is only 33 lbs = 14.9 kg. This will lead to a tip weight of something like 7,5 kgs = 17 lbs

So is it a custom made carbon mast ?

Or is 33 lbs the weight of the mast blank ?

Still that Tornado mast of 23 kg is lighter than the alu mast on a I-17 when the T mast is 9.5 mtr and the I-17 is 8,5 mtr.

BTW your mast is 12 % longer than mine, not that much actually ehh ?
