Surprisingly, sailing is really unpopular in Utah, even though there are a lot of reservoirs and lakes with good access and decent wind. I haven't seen any hobies for sale here, let alone other brands of catamaran. There are quite a few for sale in California, and that's a do-able weekend drive for me. But finding a 1991 Prindle 16 is even tougher - especially one on an ebay auction currently at $750. Here's the link - let me know what you think.
