In 15-20 knots of wind, it should be no problem keeping a hull flying, rather more of a problem keeping the forward momentum as you feather up to keep from blowing over. Given that, sheet out on the mainsheet to drive the center of effort lower on the mainsail. Playing the mainsheet to maintain the windward hull just out of the water is what you need. If the boat is not driving forward as a result, then travel out a bit. The weight of the skipper will be the determining factor on how much you need to travel out to keep the boatspeed up. This method will not allow you to point as high as you can with everything travelled in and sheeted in, but in 15 -20, I am always feathering up to depower the boat.
