<br>Yes I do have a wing mast on my Taipan and it does carry less rotation but this is more evident in lighter conditions.

<br>As the wind strength increases the difference between rotation angles decreases.

<br>From memory I would not be carrying any more rotation in the 15 to 20 range on my Cobra which had a conventional shaped mast, than on my Taipan.

<br>From your post I gather the I17 does not have a wing mast.

<br>If the I17 has a conventional mast ,because of turbulence from the mast, it is more difficult to use luff tell tales to set rotation.
