I've got a place for you! My friend is starting to rent a place on West Island for up to dry-sail boats. The spot has a lockable gate around the property. A perfect harbor waterfront property for sailing. I sail my 5.0 out there all the time. You would be allowed to used the hose from the house to wash down. It is about 10 mins from New Bedford.
