Thanks to all (38) boats and crew for supporting the first ever Hobie sanctioned regatta on Clinton Lake, the H14/H16 "Daggerless" Divisional regatta. Without YOUR support great times like these don't happen. It's amazing you would drive 10 (Minnesota, Texas) and 12 (Michigan!) hours ONE WAY to sail with us. Appreciation goes to OKC Fleet 131, (Phil Collins PRO) for the superb RC, Tulsa Fleet 25 for the awesome trophies, Kansas Sailing Association for RC boats and equipment, Wichita Fleet 27 for chase boat duty and the Corps of Engineers for giving us use of the swim beach. Graditude to all members and friends of Fleet 297, the KU Sailing team, and all the Div 14 & 7 officers for unending assistance.
The one local person responsible for holding us all together is Christina Bradshaw. She dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's <img src="http://www.catsailor.com/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Chris, fair winds to you and Angie Wilson in the 2007 H16 Women's Nationals.
The North (Div 7) South (Div 14) challenge was kicked off and has Division 14 holding the rudder (travelling trophy) for '07. Thanks to Division 7 for the challenge idea. Thanks to Bruce Fields, aka Wrinklie, for sharing the scoring format.
