Unregistered | Does anyone know where in Jacksonville, FL I can get gasket material for my centerboard wells on short notice? Any suggestions for temporary gasket fixes so I can do the Mug race tomorrow? Thanks, Mike | | | Re: Gasket Material for Tornado

Posts: 1,200 Vancouver, BC | I know this is late...but a good emergency substitute would be 1/8" rubber mat cut to size and stuck on with contact cement. This is what the T used to run prior to mylar coming on scene. It is readily available at a lot of hardware stores. Just doesn't last as long at mylar.
Mike.
