I have a heterosexual cat, but I would love to hook up with other sailors around here! Why is The Bay Area such a dud for cat sailing anyway? It's windy, there's water everywhere and there are a million people here!
I want to join a group to go out and watch the Blu Angels from the water in a few weeks, any takers?

Where do you sail in the Bay Area? I usually sail the lakes around Fresno, but I visit my folks in Half Moon Bay every month or so. Half Moon Bay a great place to sail because you can stay in the harbor or head out into the big swells beyond the breakwater.



It'd be nice to see a place develop into a regular spot where cats congregate...

Lots of Fleet 2 boats will be sailing out of Richmond Marina on the 13th. Any other sailors are more than welcome to join up. Most of us will be there about 10 am.

I have yet to take my H-18 out into the salty stuff. I mostly sail at Del Valle in Livermore or San Antonio down in King City. I am living in Emeryville, and the marina here seems like it would be perfect to launch from, but I have not been able to get it all together yet.

Maybe Fleet Week is going to be it!
