I believe I got one for my kid a few years back from Murray's, about $60? It was listed as a kid's harness, looks like a small butt bucket with only three straps, it fits my little girl well, from age 8-11 so far. Nothing fancy but it works.

Last season I had several younger crew members on my Tiger, ages 7-15. The Hobie 1/2 harnesses worked the best. The adjustment range and fit were great. Nobody seemed to be swimming in their harness.

My grand daughter (now 14) has an XS Mgic Marine and still has room to grow into it.

I'v got several. I'll bring them New Years if I can make it. You can use one until he outgrows it. See you soon, Rick

Thanks Rick, speaking of New years...
Heres the plan

Sail the weekend, One lap of Lake Murray on Saturday, Sunday we can do it again, or set up some bouys, its really whatever we feel like. I have to work New years eve day(7am-7pm) but you guys can stay around the club and have fun, or we can call it a race. New Year's day is a dinghy regatta for the club. I plan on racing the Laser on New Years day.

I'm in for the weekend - heading back home Sunday evening or Monday morning (New Year's Eve). Lap of Lake Murray sounds good...Trey and I going to try and set a new record.

Can we choose our own start times this year and leave at any time between, say, 12 to 4pm? We could pick our wind window and verify times with GPS data.

Now we're talking...though the alcohol may be needed to maintain a warm feeling throughout. OH...working with a project manager today for the company in Puerto Rico that supplies all the rum for Captain Morgan. Unfortunately, no samples.

I'd prefer to start together since I am unfamiliar with the course. That way you could radio ahead and let me know if I was going the wrong way. Hope to see you Fri or Sat. (when is everyone arriving). Rick

Haha, Rick Harper made a funny. I guess that's his way of coping with the reality that Jake and I are going to break the record...the record we set to begin with, right Jake (the Snake)?

Trey, sorry to burst your bubble, but the One Lap of Lake Murray has been going on since you were pooping in your pants. Rick has won more of them than all of us combined, but you guys have a good run on it lately, things change though....Im coming fur ya this year, on an I20...scared yet?

sorry to burst your bubble

Mad props to you Mr. Mosely for the use of proper English. Burst is the appropriate term here, whereas most people would have used bust. Are you in MENSA by chance?

[trashtalk]

Ok, well if that's the case, then lets start early so Trey and I have an opportunity to run the other two shorter courses and establish the records for those as well.

I'm getting there Fri evening in the Shasta McNasty.
