Posts: 1,121 Eastern NC, USA | New handicap numbers are out for US Sailing Portsmouth system. Only change is in the 0-1 wind range.
2006: Formula 16 spi F16 65.2 69.3 67.5 64.4 62.3
2008: Formula 16 spi F16 65.2 68.4 67.5 64.4 62.3
Boat code, D-PN, 0-1 Beaufort wind range, 2-3 Beaufort wind range, 4 Beaufort wind range and 5-9 Beaufort wind range

Posts: 1,121 Eastern NC, USA | There are not separate ratings for 1-up and 2-up F16s. They have been combined. They were actually combined a few months ago while still using the 2006 tables.
