Dangit, thats not fair. I was just referring to two surface vessels approaching one another. Sneaking up from underneath doesn't count. Talk about being in the wrong place at the wrong time. What are the odds of being right where the sub is surfacing? On that note, how does a sub know if there is anything above it when it surfaces? Dey ain't got no winders. Clayton | | | Re: Right of way?

Posts: 2,584 +31NL | The sub is moving from left to right so the sailboat will probably pass well behind. And I dont think its surfacing, THIS is a sub surfacing properly (would make an awesome commitee though): | | | Re: Right of way?
