Same thing on the bridal wire measurement and the P-19 uses the same bridals, so that can't be goofed. My upper forestay is right about the same, 27" and then a 1" shackle - no difference there. The lower forestay is exactly 17'-10" or 214" to the end of the turnbuckle - sounds pretty close there. I don't know if the 3" is enough to make a difference. I only have about an inch free of thread on the turnbuckle
So where does that leave us?
Mast pre-bend - How tight are your diamond wires. Mine are just tight enough that I can move them maybe only 1/4 of an inch. My mast is pretty straight. Typically when the rig is not stressed with no sails, the trap wires will hang down right about even with the shroud stay points. Fair amount of rake on the mast.
Without sailing on your boat, it would be tough to tell from descriptions over the Internet and some photos. Hope this helps.
