Any suggestions on where to find t-shirts with sailing messages? Why don't regattas offer their t-shirts mail order as a fund raiser? I would like to find a Nacra t-shirt if they exist. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I take it that you've already tried Performance Cat.

If you have an ink-jet printer, you can make your own T-shirts. What you could do is get some nacra brocures, then scan the stuff you want into an image-editing program. Then you get some special T-shirt transfer paper. My hp all-in-one has a special setting for printing these. You may have to separately select "mirror image" printing. Then you iron the design onto the T-shirt.

Some blowhard comapanies might think this is trademark infringement, but then again, you are giving them some free advertising.

I'm no lawyer but I think if you're only making them for yourself, there's no infringement. When you start selling them is when it becomes a problem.

My sailing club at NCState prints up tshirts every year. The last ones we had printed up had the points of sail diagram on the back and said "Sailing around the clock" on it.

And it didn't involve any perverse or alcohol references.

Great idea. I have made some t-shirt transfers before but just never thought about making some catamaran shirts. Thanks.

Well if anyone thinks they can come up with a worthwhile design i'll consider printing some.
