So far he's the youngest. There's a younger one out there now... in fact I think theres 2 of them, but they have to make it home. I hope they do for their own safety!!!!

Last week I read that a 13yr old dutch girl want to do a circumnavigation, despite her age she is already very experienced and has logged a lot of solo miles.

Local boy, got lots of press here when he took off and came back. SA has a whole thread on the guy.

An astonishing achievement for someone his age.
