I am thinking of buying some beach wheels. Anyone have a reason to buy or NOT buy one of these products? I will be using them on a Nacra 5.8 in soft sand.

I have used them (or helped someone else) on most large cats (I own an I20). They are first rate. It is easy to move the boat by yourself, even on sand. I have never seen the Euro-trax.

We have both types in our sailing club and both work great. The Cat Trax have proven themselves to continue to work for years with little to no maintenance. Most of the time you don't even have to worry about putting air in the tires. Their are a couple of neat features about the Euro Trax though. 1. It breaks down to the point that it would actually fit in the trunck of your car. 2. It's easy to adjust them to fit many types of cats. Which means if you ever upgrade boats you don't have to get a new set of wheels.
