Who's coming to the 2010 San Francisco NOOD Regatta. After the success of the San Diego NOOD Regatta we are stoked to have this one here in the bay. This is also listed as the West Coast F-18 Championships who's in?

I think we will have at least 5 teams from So Cal participating. Some are trying to decide if they are doing both the Delta Ditch Run and the NOODs.

We'll need to to see some folks signing up and registering for this event.
Right now we've got 1 from Southern California, and 3 from the Pacific Northwest.

NOTE: the Party is included in the event price! And It looks like we'll be launching from the beach.

Don,
Thanks for bringing this to the top. Surf City was planning to be there in full force with a media blitz including live video feed for the cats, but some things came up. We may be there in a subdued fashion, but we may go up to Huntington Lake, which is unfortunately scheduled for the same weekend. We are still assessing...Stand by...

Either way, I hope to meet up with you while you're back in your old stomping grounds. Looks like it's going to be a fun event.

Word on the street is that some of the lesser skilled teams are out on the East Coast practicing on rental boats. I hear they're up to 15 minutes of sailing between nap breaks. And they're taking turns so that nobody gets blisters.

We've got 8 committed with real money. (Canadian Money counts)

1.Don Atchley Highly Catfeinated Wa
2.Bryan Colwell Laser Tag WA
3.Ben Colwell Barely 18 Wa
4.Daniel DeLave Sweet Siren CA
5.Mark Jones Nauti Gear B.C.
6.Eric Thor Cat-a-strophic CAN
7.Alex Van Brunt Gonzo CA
8.Richard Vilvens Gettin' Tacky CA

Wow I got moved up to PNW.
Thought I was Bay Area.
Actually I'm in between but I'm Division 3 all the way.

Sorry Rich...I debated where to put you and rather than limbo I picked PNW because your location does not say "bay area" to me. I think of the bay area as a bit over 50 miles from the bottom to the top. You are a bit under 300 miles away from the top. I am about 400 miles from the race site. I just recently realized that you are almost 600 miles from Seattle (PNW), so Bay Area you will be. blush

Later,
Dan

LOL no biggie. I'm here in no mans land. Thing is its almost quicker for you to get there than me. The 101 for me is 3 1/2 hours of winding 2 lane road.
